Heal Your Heart with Hawthorn Berry Tea

Have you ever suffered from chest pain or an irregular heartbeat?  I know how scary it can be. Even if the episodes are mild or not extremely painful you know that something in your body is not working right.  Do you have a family history of heart disease?  Has your doctor told you that you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol?  If so, hawthorn berry tea may be the perfect thing for you.

Hawthorn Berry Tea is full of antioxidants and it’s great for heart and circulatory conditions.  It has been used for centuries to treat irregular heartbeat, chest pain, hardening or the arteries, high blood pressure, and heart failure. The antioxidants in hawthorn berries can fight the free-radicals that cause cell damage. These antioxidant activities help to reduce the buildup of plaque in the arteries which can lead to heart attack or stroke.

I will give you a simple recipe that you can use on regular basis to improve the condition of heart and protect yourself from heart attacks and stroke. It is delicious and so easy to make too.
